Prices New Original works of art
can be commissioned directly from the Artist at the same above stated price of $1.50 per square inch. A Commissioned
Original Work of Art Agreement document must be signed between the Parties prior to a Work being created. A deposit equal to 50% of the Artist’s Base Price must accompany the Commissioned Work Agreement
before a work of art is started. A final payment of 50% remaining balance is
due on completion, prior to shipping and delivery to the buyer. Dealers, Agents, and Gallery
Owners please contact the Artist regarding sales prices. Crating, handling, and shipping
charges on all works are not included in the price of the work and shall be billed directly to the buyer. No work shall be shipped prior to payment in full to the Artist. All works shipped from Denver, Colorado,
USA. All sales are accompanied with the “Provenance” and “Agreement
of Original Transfer of work of Art” documents, which state the Fair Market Value, History, and Transfer of Title of
the Work to the purchaser. |
